Mothership works closely with great people and organizations to tackle foundational projects and urgent opportunities alike. If you need help getting off the hamster wheel or you want to launch into another orbit, we’re game.
We offer flexible and scalable support when teams need to ignite, change, catch up or scale. And we like nothing more than assembling and connecting unbelievably talented people in the service of exceptional work that makes you (and our mothers) proud.
We play well with others. We love collaborating with other departments, partners or stakeholders to gain trust and insight. We aren’t territorial and we think big egos kill awesome in our line of work.
Ali loves the creative process because it combines the two loves of her life – creativity and process. She is crazy about design, sports, stories and getting the best out of everyone and everything. Ali has held executive brand and marketing positions at Vancouver 2010 (VANOC), the Vancouver Canucks and Cactus Restaurants and also enjoyed four years in the beer business in brand management at Molson Breweries. Ali is passionate about the intersection between brand and culture and loves bringing both to life with a clear vision and an empowered team.
Alisha is a connector in every sense of the word. Whether it’s pulling together a strong project team, building meaningful relationships between brands and their customers, or simply introducing great people to each other, Alisha loves to be a part of it. She has held marketing and sales leadership roles at Boston Pizza, Molson Coors, Cactus Club Cafe and in the digital agency world. Alisha approaches her work with urgency, creativity and an unrelenting commitment to driving results for her clients. She loves working with creative teams on content that makes you feel, preferably on the stuff that makes you laugh.
